How It Works

Your vehicle One operating relationship

From onboarding through operation, maintenance, financial records and return, ZARYA keeps the relationship visible, structured and accountable

The nine stages

01 · Vehicle Onboarding: It starts with a known baseline

Before deployment, key vehicle, registration, document and condition details are recorded so there is a clear starting point for the operating relationship

02 · Deployment: Matched to the right way to work

An eligible vehicle can be matched to different operating environments based on the vehicle, operating requirements and available demand

03 · Driver Operations: The person behind the wheel matters

Driver and operating-partner details are linked to the vehicle’s deployment record, creating a clearer operating relationship than informal calls and messages

04 · Live Visibility: Nothing important should be invisible

See how your vehicle is operating, what it is earning, what needs attention and where your records sit — without chasing people for basic updates

05 · Maintenance and Downtime: Maintenance shouldn’t arrive as a surprise

Service planning, repair activity and temporary downtime stay visible so the owner can see the current status and what happens next

06 · Incidents and Damage: When something happens, the process is already defined

An incident moves through a clear path from reporting and assessment to the applicable insurance and responsibility route, repair and closure

07 · Payouts and Financial Records: Your money
Your records
Clearly visible

Payouts, balances and supporting financial records remain visible in one place, with a clear trail from settlement to statement

08 · Accountability: One relationship when you need an answer

From a service request to a document query, one ZARYA relationship owns the follow-through

09 · Vehicle Return: Exit should not be an afterthought

You know how the relationship starts. You should also know how it ends
